Our History In 2007 Elna founded the business, Esterhuizen Consulting, where she focused on Executive, Senior, Junior and Middle management, as well as graduate assessments and talent management. She added change management, organizational development and coaching to the portfolio of services. In 2018, she registered as Religious Specialist in Christian Counselling, enabling her to offer holistic coaching and counseling solutions within and outside of the office.
Our CLIENTS Our corporate client base operates within the following sectors: print media, mining, manufacturing, financial services, telecoms, retail, and leisure. We offer services to individuals, community groups, as well as small businesses to large corporates. Elna is currently an associate at BIOSS and SHL where she works with clients such as ABSA, Alexander Forbes, AngloGold, Armscor, CCBA, Discovery, Lonmin, Mango Airlines, MTN, Nedbank, Premier, SABMiller, SARB, SARS, Samancor, Sanlam, Santam, and UNISA. In April 2016 Daniel joined the business. This takes Esterhuizen Coaching and Consulting to another level of service delivery and solution design. Combining our engineering and psychology mind-sets results in integrated business solutions and value-add. Given the growth in our business, we registered Esterhuizen Coaching and Consulting as a private company in 2018.
