The National Education Group Holdings (NEGH) brings business and the unemployed youth of South Africa together and create a win-win situation through government's innovative Employment Tax Incentive Programme (ETI).
NEGH (Pty) Ltd was established in 2015. We are a specialist consultancy focused on advisory and implementation of the Employment Tax Incentive Programme promulgated by government in October 2013. Due to the NEGH business model and the way we are structured, it unlocks substantial value to our SME and corporate clients through their sponsorship of the unemployed youth of South Africa.
The Employment Tax Incentive (ETI) is sponsored by National Treasury and administered by SARS. The programme started in January 2014 and is scheduled to run until February 2029. It was developed to address a specific challenge in South Africa.
VALUE WE UNLOCK:
1. Offering unemployed youth the opportunity to obtain the requisite skills for employment through NEGH ETI model. Due to the NEGH model and structuring it unlocks further value to participating clients.
3. 28% annual tax benefit – tax deductible expenses for offset against taxable income.
4. SDL Claim: Skills development levy claim of 20% on ETI sponsored scholar employees = further cash flow benefit.
5. Skills Development Benefit.
6. If on ETI Programme through NEGH, the following services are included FREE OF CHARGE: Employment Equity Reporting, Workplace Skills Plan, Annual Training Report, Skills Development Levy Claims.
7. Zero impact on Workman’s Compensation (Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act – COIDA).
