Welcome to the Johannesburg Church of Christ - North West Region.
We are one Church but we meet in many locations across the City and Province.

We are a family of Christians who love God and one another. We welcome all people and make it our goal to be known for our love. We have ministries for all ages; from young children to teenagers, from single professionals to married couples, from families to those entering the 'empty nest' phase of life.
The Johannesburg Church of Christ was founded by a handful of Christians who moved from Boston in 1986. Despite this being during the apartheid era in South Africa, the church deliberately reached out to all people of all races who were interested in hearing the word of God, and so began a truly non-racial church in South Africa. The church emphasised the authority of scripture, the Lordship of Christ, the equality of all and the evil of prejudice and racism.
