Ocean Edge Fitness gym is a boutique-style, fully equipped gym with various studio classes and is located in the Harbour Bay Mall, a stone-throw away from Simon’s Town. With the perfect view of the breath-taking coastal strip of the Cape Peninsula, Ocean Edge Fitness gym houses a variety of movement related disciplines hosted by high quality established instructors and a well-equipped strength training gym with personal trainers to expertly guide members, this fitness centre provides the perfect environment and options to suit all fitness goals.
The founders of the fitness centre are experts in their respective fields and ensures that members receive the fitness experience they deserve. Theresa is a highly qualified dance instructor with a Higher Diploma in Education as Academic Qualification. With years of experience, Theresa has practiced and equipped herself with excellence within areas such as non-impact aerobics, athletic coaching, yoga and various forms of dancing. She is primarily responsible for the studio operations of the fitness centre.
Josh, a former world boxing title contender and unbeaten South African Professional Kickboxing Champion with a flair for strength training is primarily responsible for the gym/weight training section of the fitness centre. Josh currently holds a Master’s Degree in Sport Science and was a training branch officer at the Military Sport School in Pretoria.
