The Kolonnade Shopping Centre in Sefako Makgatho (Zambesi) Drive Montana Park, Pretoria is one of the most successful shopping centres in Gauteng. Earmarked as one of the 11 Business Node in the Tshwane Metropolitan-area, this landmark located close to the N1 highway is the midpoint of residential and commercial development north of the Magalies Mountain. Serving a diverse and ever changing community, this 76 200m² regional shopping centre celebrated the 20th year of trade in 2015 with 150 tenants ranging from all the major fashion stores, national- and specialty stores to independent and speciality stores.
