Dry Ice International - Port Elizabeth - Eastern Cape

Dry Ice International Port Elizabeth is located in New BrightonGqeberha and we are southern Africa's premier supplier of dry ice, blasting equipment and service.

Dry Ice International has been recognised as the leader in dry ice manufacturing, distribution and dry ice blast cleaning in South Africa, as well as other parts of Africa since 1994.

Dry ice is the solid form of carbon dioxide (CO2), which is colourless, odourless, non-flammable and slightly acidic. Solid CO2 forms a gas at atmospheric pressure, without an intermediate liquid, through a process called sublimation. As a solid, the temperature of dry ice is -78.5°C, which is much lower than water ice. Dry ice a very effective coolant compared to water ice, since it is colder and leaves no moisture as it changes state. It plays an important role in preserving foods during transportation, thus preventing bacterial growth.

Our manufacturing plant in Pretoria is open 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. From our Pretoria offices we service Gauteng, North West, Mpumalanga, Limpopo and Free State. We have a manufacturing plant in Durban servicing the whole of KZN and a manufacturing plant in Port Elizabeth servicing the whole of the Eastern Cape as well as the Western Cape.

With national coverage we can service any part of South Africa and Africa.
