Midstream Ridge Primary School is a multi-cultural parallel medium school, nestled in the heart of Midstream Estates. We opened our doors in 2014 and have since then, only gone from strength to strength. As the years have progressed, we have built a strong ethos, based on a Christian foundation.
Midstream Ridge Primary School is a school where everyone has an opportunity to shine in a multitude of areas. This is due, in part, to the outstanding facilities that our school provides, but also because of a dedicated team of educators and specialists that strive to grow in their respective fields and build onto the foundations of each learner.
The extra-mural programme of the school is second-to-none and ensures that our learners can develop holistically within a safe environment. We believe that every learner has a role to play in the school and encourage them to find their passion, whether it be in culture, sport or academics. We are a family that laughs, cries and learns together and we will continue to strive to go above and beyond what is expected.
Afrikaans and English are the two official languages of education and learning of the School. They are taught in accordance with the latest approaches. English Phase learners will, from Grade 1, be exposed to Afrikaans as an elementary and communicative language. Afrikaans Phase learners, in turn, will be introduced to English as first language.
