GJ Truck Body Builders is located in Rosslyn, Pretoria and is proud to be regarded as a manufacturing leader of interlink trailers, side tippers, flatbeds, original Meiller tipper bins, tankers, custom-built heavy-duty trailers and other transport-related requirements and has been delivering consistent quality since 2007. GJ Truck Body Builders is a registered truck builder with more than 30 years' experience and we are SABS approved. These qualifications give you assurance of the high standards we adhere to when we build or repair trailers. Our welding joints are of superior quality since we only use fully qualified CO2 welders. All welding is done strictly according to specifications and CO2 welding is much stronger than conventional welding methods.
We custom build interlink side tippers and trailers and while we work according to each client’s specifications, we are always ready to give guidance. All our designs are done by qualified mechanical engineers and are according to SABS standards. After completion, every single trailer undergoes a final quality control test. We provide a permanent after-sales service and parts on all our products.
GJ Truck Body Builders' interlink trailers and side tippers are built using wear-resistant steel to give you peace of mind and quality that will last. During manufacturing, it is inspected regularly to ensure high quality. The steel is corrosion-resistant and yields stronger and higher quality interlink trailers and side-tippers than those built with mild steel. We are rigged to expand and increase production according to your individual requirements.
