Kidi-Sportz is a fun filled exercise programme that introduces young children ages 18 months – 7 yrs to the wonderful world of movement. Our programme is the only comprehensive programme offered incorporating all the muscle groups using gymnastic skills as well as ball skills, flexibility and strength. We are also one of the few activities to be accredited by Supersport Let’s Play and the Sport Science Institute.
