Subject: Complaint Regarding My Son’s Haircut Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to make a complaint regarding my son’s recent haircut. Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the way his hair was cut. It was not done neatly or to the standard I have come to expect from your salon, and the final result is very uneven. My son has been having his hair done by you for years, his barber rasta and we have always been happy with the service. However, there is now a new barber who cut his hair, and unfortunately the experience has been very upsetting for my son. Since Sunday, whenever he looks at himself in the mirror, he becomes emotional and cries because he is unhappy and uncomfortable with his appearance. He has even been wearing a beanie to school because he does not feel comfortable showing his haircut. He is only 11 years old, and as a parent, it is heartbreaking to see him feeling this way about himself because of a haircut. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I expected much more care and professionalism, especially when cutting a child’s hair. I kindly ask that you please look into this matter and let me know how you intend to resolve it. I would appreciate a response as soon as possible. Thank you for taking my complaint seriously.
