She is primarily responsible for the studio operations of the fitness centre. Josh, a former world boxing title contender and unbeaten South African Professional Kickboxing Champion with a flair for strength training is primarily responsible for the gym/weight training section of the fitness centre. Josh currently holds a Master’s Degree in Sport Science and was a training branch officer at the Military Sport School in Pretoria.
