Remhoogte is a small family winery with vineyards on the foothills of the Simonsberg mountain, Stellenbosch . Our wines are a product of ancient soils, steep slopes and winds off the cold Atlantic Ocean. They tell the story of the vineyards, our heritage and passion for winemaking and preserving the land for future generations. Our aim is to bring joy to all who experience our wines and to make them feel a part of the Remhoogte family. Our tasting room offers a beautiful setting to experience our wines and the unique character of Remhoogte. All guests are warmly welcomed to the tasting room for an insightful, friendly and engaging presentation of each wine's unique story and winemaking journey. We make small batches of unique wines of character and individuality which are all grown, made and bottled on the property. Visit our tasting room to enjoy these special wines while taking in the beautiful views of the Stellenbosch mountains and our game camp stocked with Zebra, Wildebeest and Springbok. We also offer light meals to enjoy with your tasting and have accommodation on the farm. Zebra Cottage and Zebra Lodge are comfortable and private self-catering units. Spend an afternoon tasting wines along the Stellenbosch Wine Route, eat out in the bustling town of Stellenbosch or relax on Remhoogte, go for a farm walk, soak up the views of the surroundings mountains and have a braai!
