The Paragon Generation Head Office - Bellville The Paragon Generation Head Office is located in Bellville , Cape Town , with franchise offices nationwide, and was established in 1994 to play an active and leading role in Education, Training and Development in South Africa, specializing in Skills and Development Training, equipping participants in operating as effective continuous learners in ever changing learning environments. We are an empowered, South African-registered private SMME enterprise that provides outcomes-based, skills development training nationally to Government, Industry and the NGO and community development sectors including schools. ​Our training is wide-ranging in scope, including a variety of different skills programmes. We subscribe to the principles of Batho Pele and implement them in our interactions with clients and other stakeholders.
