Uvongo Flea Market - Hibiscus Coast The Uvongo Rotary Flea Market is located in Uvongo (close to Margate ) on the Lower South Coast (also known as the Hibiscus Coast ) of KwaZulu-Natal . It is a community market run by the Margate and Uvongo Rotary Club , and has operated for more than 30 years. Funds benefit the local community and are generated for upliftment projects, such as crèches, youth development, housing, health and adult literacy initiatives in disadvantaged areas. Every Saturday and Sunday morning from 07:30 to 13:00, visitors can browse the Uvongo Flea Market’s up to 160 stalls, looking for something special. Pick up anything from handmade clothing and accessories, to toys and tools, pre-owned goods to African crafts, and so much more. Brunch or lunch can be enjoyed in the shade, and don’t forget to take home tasty convenience foods to use in your self-catering unit or back home.
