Mozambik Stanger is located at the Spar Centre in Stanger, on the Dolphin Coast of KwaZulu-Natal. We are passionate about friends and family coming together over exceptional food and a welcoming experience!
This is exactly what we have created, a “sink your toes into the sand and sip on cocktails and R&R’s while the sun goes down” experience. This is Mo-Zam-Bik! Exceptionally flavoured food and a good vibe! An Education to live and let live! So that's what we have created... a chill zone reminiscent of hot sunshine, white sands, prawns and beer!
Our Story is about a dream... a dream to share our passion for good food with you. A dream of building a family of restaurants where people don't need to board a plane to experience Mozambique. A destination where no passport is required! Eating and drinking, whether in a home or on the street, is a way of life in Mozambique – this essence of this is captured in, what we call, our Barraca’s. Based on the authentic Mozambique "Barraca" which, in English means "hut". In Mozambique - in a home or on the street - eating, drinking and chilling is a way of life that is captured in a "Barraca". No frills … Some spills … Plenty of laughs and an appreciation for the wisdom of simplicity.
