There are uninterrupted views from all 3 floors, The ocean and beach on one side of the house, and the milkwood forest on the other. You can swim and snorkel in sheltered rock pools directly in front of the house. The beach in front of the house is generally only used by residents, so it is possible to enjoy a high degree of privacy and isolation at the house at the same time as having access the busier main beach at the lagoon, roughly a 1 km beach walk, or drive away. The beach is pristine and you can walk in either direction for many kilometers. The main beach, at the lagoon area, has shark nets and launching facilities for boats.
